Customize with your choice of colours, patterns, or even a special message to make it truly yours
· Please choose your Pillow cover Colour from the drop down menu
· Choose with Cushion Insert or Without Cushion Insert (Please note that only the cushion cover is supplied It does not come with pillow insert. If you want pillow insert, please choose the option from the drop-down menu.
· Text/photo required to the customise option: We recommend sending closeups and brightly coloured images taken in a well-lit area as these are more visible. We do not recommend images of a dark Coloured nature if you are sending pictures taken from phones they need to be taken on the latest models. If they are pictures of pets, we recommend sending pictures which you have taken outside or in a well-lighted area. We prefer you send one picture per cushion as adding additional pictures on one cushion will reduce the size of the image. (We can not edit pictures, pictures will be printed as received, Images will be cropped to be of a square nature in order to fit the cover)

DELIVERY TIME/SHIPPING
For Customers in the UK, all items are shipped using Royal Mail48 hours delivery which aims to deliver within 2 to 3 days after shipping and it is fully trackable. Please allow extra days for postal delays as this can sometimes occur which is outside my control.
Dispatched: Within 1-2 Working Days.
Same Day: If you order by 12noon, your gift can be collected from store in the afternoon! Orders shipped to home take approximately 3-5 Working days. If item is needed urgently, please call us
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Please note:
Hand wash. Cushion cover can be hand washed at 30 Degrees and air-dried so it can protect the sequins. Or Wash with the Washing Machine at 30 Degrees.
NB: The colour of your photo will vary due to the material of the product. There will also be small gaps in the image due to the sequins where the sequins overlap when printed. This can leave a blank white area which could be on show when the sequins are flipped, depending on how they re-align when flipped repeatedly. Please keep in mind that printing is an organic process and the print and colour may vary slightly from piece to piece. All the fabrics and materials we use are natural and some slight imperfections and shade differences may occur.
SHOP POLICIES:
- All our items are personalised/Customised. As such, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund unless we have made an error in the personalisation.
- Please check your order as soon as you receive them. If you have any issues with them, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
